Requesting an estimate: Please fill out the form and send photographs of your item by email. We provide estimates by email free of charge. We provide in-person estimates with a fee.
Minimum Restoration fee is $250 + tax.
Shipment: The client is responsible for arranging insurance, delivery, and return shipments. Please pack carefully and place small parts individually in a Ziploc bag to avoid losing them. I recommend double-boxing with at least three inches of packing between the boxes and insured shipping. Canada Post shall have no liability for damage to shipments containing Fragile Items including ceramics, glass, and china.
The packaging and handling fees will apply for sending back parcels.
